You kind of made it sound like the case deal was something apple did out of the goodness of their hearts. I don't think this is an "apple is really taking care of us." I believe the reason they did it is to appease the class action lawsuit they are in. It was upgraded to a class action a couple weeks ago. Scott, Love all of your podcasts!
