    This caller has applications on his phone that is not on his computer, this occurs when you purchase items on the phone and haven’t synced to iTunes yet.

    SOLUTION:
    -launch iTunes
    -connect iPhone
    -right-click the name of your phone.
    -left-click “Transfer purchases”
