You mentioned Things; I currently use Toodledo.. I really like it because of the web-based UI that I can get to from anywhere. I Never use the iPhone front end. There are a couple features I really need from Toodledo:
1) Integration with Jott… I can call Jott and recorded a todo that will get added to my list. I can go back and categorize it later.
2) email integration. I can forward email to it and it will get added to my todo.
3) Timers. I can go to the Web-UI and set timers so that I can track how long it takes to complete tasks
I could not tell if Things had any of these features. Can you comment?
Thank you good show.
You guys are costing me money every week! I love the show but maybe you should have a “cost” slappy of the week and a free slappy of the week. Just a thought. Keep up the good work!
Loving the new podcast, and a perfect fit for my love of my iPhone! I’m always looking at the Apps and not knowing what to go for… this is a perfect fit.
As for To Do Lists, I’ve been using the online-only Todoist (todoist.com), but it looks like dev work has waned in recent months, with no iPhone App being talked about anymore.
“Things” got a Slappy from Eric, and my buddy just purchased “ToDo” and loves it. I’m still looking for more good feedback on them.
