  1. Hey, I just wanted to comment on the frisbee golf discussion. I usually hear it called disc golf, but that might be a regional thing. Also, many parks around the country have official disc golf “holes” installed, which are actually large metal baskets with numbers on them placed in strategic locations around the park. I know there are many disc golf parks in Texas and I’ve seen disc golf parks on both US coasts, so I assume disc golf is a nationwide pastime. Many parks have handouts or websites where you can look up the layout of the course throughout the park. Also, you can buy disc golf disc sets at many sporting goods stores, but any frisbee will work fine. Thanks for the show guys, I’m really enjoying it so far!

  2. Wanted to give a couple ideas for organizing apps on the iPhone. In 3.0 you can drag an app to the top left or right corner of the phone and the screen will keep scrolling automatically. No need to keep moving to the next edge. Also this will prevent the screens from rearranging as you move the app. Also if you are moving a lot of apps go to the last page (preferably a blank one) and drag all the apps out of the bar at the bottom. Them you can move apps in and out of the bar to arrange apps. This allows you to move 4 apps at a time and also makes it easier to move quickly through the screens.

  3. Regarding Microsoft paying only for Microsoft mobile devices: When you are forced to eat your own dog food, you are compelled to improve it. There’s no greater motivation for Microsoft employees to improve the Windows Mobille devices than to be forced to use them and feel the shame every time they dial the phone. I wish them the best with WinMo 7.0.

(The iPhone is soo good, it is like it was sent to us from the future.)

  4. Loving the podcast. Just found it today and have listened to all the episodes. Nice to hear some proper discussion about iPhone apps compared to the majority of other iPhone-related podcasts.
    :-)

  5. Thanks for the podcast! I love your reviews – short but practical. Telling us the deals of the week is great, too! I am always scanning the “Top Free Apps,” but it’s too hard to keep up with all the reduced priced Apps. So glad that you are helping out with that. Thanks to Scott I am now addicted to Sally’s Spa. Paper Toss rocks as well. Keep up the good work!

  6. Hey guys, I just wanted to know about the screenshot stuff you’ve mentioned on the show. I couldn’t find it in here… Love the show (you actually made me start spending some bucks on apps and they’ve been helping me out with a lot of stuff!)

  7. Great work. I am going to have to try alot of these tips from this site as soon as the weather gets better.

  8. not sure why but I cant send pictures via text. can you help figure that one out?

  9. I know I’m still catching up but I heard what you said about Microsoft and I was gonna come in and give my 2 cents but Scott Fletcher said exactly what I was gonna so I’ll keep my 2 cents and just say ditto.
    Thanks
